Runar Borgen is a 7-time Norwegian National Champion and 5-time National Record Holder who specializes in the 100m freestyle and 50m butterfly. Graduating from the University of Tampa as an NCAA DII National Champion and Record holder, he currently swims with the Performance Aquatics program in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Training for the upcoming Olympic season, Runar is focused on promoting the sport of swimming and to be a role model for the up-and-coming generation.
NCAA DII Record Holder
Runar became a National Champion with a National Record as part of the 200-yard Freestyle Relay in 2016. A record that still stands to this date.

Runar is a 7x Norwegian National Champion in the 100m Freestyle and 50m butterfly, with 5 national records.
10x All American
Placing top 8 at the NCAA DII Swimming Championships ten consecutive times while swimming for the University of Tampa.
BIO: RUNAR BORGEN
As a competitive swimmer since the age of seven, I have accomplished becoming a National Champion both in Norway and the US, as well as a USMS National Record Holder. Part of my success is owed to my large focus on nutrition. Discovering P2Life’s products have given me the solid nutritional foundation I need to train harder, recover faster and perform better.
