Getting the Most out of Hell Week
Nutriboost Shake: Ideally you want to be taking 4+ scoops of Nutriboost per day during Hell Week. The best times are:
- 2x Scoops before bedtime or naps.
- 1-2x scoops right after a workout
- 1 scoop right before training.
- For every scoop of shake, take a single scoop of the Powerboost. Max you should take is 6 per day.
