We batch test all P2Life products to be free of banned and illegal substances by the accredited third-party Banned Substances Control Group (BSCG). 

BSCG evaluates and tests for more than 483 drugs, and their industry leading testing menus protect against 272 drugs on the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List, which is more than any other supplement certification program available. To learn more, you can visit our profile on BSCG here.

For anyone taking P2Life products regularly, having a subscription is the best option. It is the most convenient way to have product delivered to your door so you don’t run out, and it also qualifies you for a 10% discount. 

The subscription program is 100% flexible, you can choose how often you want orders, whether that’s monthly, once every three months or even in week intervals, such as every 10 weeks. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime. To make changes you can manage your account or reach out to our customer success team for assistance. We send out a reminder email 3 days before we ship anything, so you have time to make any adjustments you may need. 

Our two powdered products, NutriBoost and PowerBoost have different size scoops. The PowerBoost scoop is 3 grams, and is sealed in the bag. The NutriBoost scoop is 33g and is available as a free add on to your order.

Part of our vision for the future includes cutting down on our use of plastics for the sake of the environment. We would like to ask our customers to reuse their scoops where possible. We are in the research and development process of manufacturing more sustainable and environmentally friendly scoops moving forward.

Orders are shipped out daily, Monday to Friday with a cut off time of 4pm EST for orders shipping from the east coast and 4pm PST for orders shipping from the west coast. 

Free shipping is applicable to orders over $79. 

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days, with expedited and overnight shipping available. Please note our carriers have been experiencing delays and we are not able to guarantee on-time deliveries.

Wondering where your order is? We email out tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Our customer success team will also be able to assist you in tracking your order.

Every P2Life customer has an account. After your first order we will email you an activation link. Follow the prompts in the email to login. From here you will be able to update your shipping and billing information, schedule future orders, view past orders, and make changes to your subscription. If you are having any trouble with your subscriptions our customer success team is ready to help. 

If you are having any issues logging in, try resetting your account. We are only able to reset logins for accounts that have been activated, so if resetting your account doesn’t work it’s possible you still need to activate your account. Reach out to our customer success team and they can resend you the activation email for your convenience. 

If you change your mind, we are able to accept returns for unopened products in their original state for up to 30 days after delivery. Contact us to request a return label.

Once your return is received and inspected for approval by our packing team, customer success will reach out and notify you. If the return is accepted at our warehouse we will issue you a refund, which will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 7 business days.

Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution. Please note we are unable to accept damaged items. Please review our policy on damaged orders.

We are unable to accept damaged items. If an item in your order arrives damaged please do not send it back. Reach out to our customer success team, with a description of the damage, as well as a photograph, and they will be able to assist you with a refund or replacement where applicable.

If your order is one of the unfortunate few that is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team with a description of the damage and how the order arrived as well as photograph(s) of the damages.
